Whole Slow Juice Recipes

I think I should start to explain ‘What is Detox? Detox is the process of refining your body from the toxins created by the air we breathe, the water we drink, the processed foods we eat and the daily stress we experience. I’m making my detox juices with Kuvings Slow Juicer for home. I’m gonna share my experiences about performance, usage and cleaning methods of Kuvings slow juicer in another post, but first of all, I wanna share my tested recipes;) Before I share my recipes, do you want me to talk about the benefits of drinking cold-pressed juices. Soğuk Sıkım Meyve-Sebze Suyu

Ingredients

  • Yeşil Aşk / Green Love
  • 2/3 demet ıspanak / bunch spinach
  • 1/4 demet maydanoz / bunch parsley
  • 1 kereviz sapı / celery stalk
  • 1 orta yeşil elma / medium green apple
  • 1 salatalık / cucumber
  • 2 cm taze zencefil / fresh ginger
  • 1/2 limon / lemon
  • Energizer / Enerji Bombası
  • 1 carrot / havuç
  • 1 red beet / Pancar
  • 1 orange / portakal
  • 2 cm ginger / zencefil
  • Fat Burner Beauty / Yağ Yakan Güzellik
  • 2 slice pineapple
  • 1 small hot red pepper / küçük acı kırmızı biber
  • 1 grapefruit / greyfurt
  • 1 cm ginger / zencefil
  • 1/4 lemon / limon

Instructions

Put all ingredients into slow juicer, in 2 minutes your slow juices are ready. / Soğuk sıkım makinesine atın, 2 dakika içerisinde içecekleriniz hazır.
