Matcha-Chia Pudding

When I first tried to drink matcha latte, I did not like its taste. But I should have made a place for matcha, finally I’ve found a way. Before the recipe that I think you gonna love, I wanna share its many health benefits in numbers such as;

Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds / 1 yemek kaşığı chia tohumu
  • 1 glass of water coconut milk / 1 su bardağı hindistan cevizi sütü
  • 1 tsp vanilla / 1 çay kaşığı vanilya
  • 1 tsp matcha tea / 1 day kaşığı matcha çayı
  • 2 tbsp baked oatmeal / 2 yemek kaşığı fırınlanmış yulaf ezmesi
  • 1 dessert spoon pumpkin seeds / 1 tatlı kaşığı kabak çekirdeği
  • 1/2 apple pure / Yarım elmanın püresi
  • 1 tbsp carob syrup / 1 yemek kaşığı keçiboynuzu şurubu
  • 2 passion fruits for toppings / Süsleme için 2 adet orman meyvesi

Instructions

Add chia seeds and coconut milk into vessel and mix them for 2-3 minutes.

Add vanilla and matcha tea and keep going for more 2 minutes.

Then put your mix into the refrigerator. (Preparing this mixture from night recommended.)

Baked oatmeals with carob syrup and apple pure in the oven for 10 min.

Add pumpkin seeds into oatmeals after cooling.

When you decide to eat, add your oatmeal mix into the chia pudding and also passion fruits for toppings.

Bir kap içerisinde chia tohumları ve hindistan cevizi sütü ekleyip 2-3 dakika boyunca karıştırın.

Vanilla tozu ve matcha çayını ekleyip 2 dakika boyunca daha karıştırmaya devam edin.

Karışımı buzdolabına koyun, daha lezzetli olması için akşamdan bu karışımı hazırlamanızı öneririm.

Yulaf ezmesini, keçiboynuzu şurubu ve elma püresini ekleyip karıştırın ve fırında 10 dakika pişirin.

Soğuduktan sonra kabak çekirdeklerini ekleyin.
