Chia Vegan Balls

Especially what you eat after your workout is very important. You should reward yourself and your body with the right nutrition which is high-protein meal. It will help you to gain muscle. By preferring to eat plant based protein instead of animal protein you can digest easily and sleep well. If you sleep after 11.00 p.m, try not to eat after 09.00 p.m.

Here is a high-protein recipe. I also recommend you to eat rocket and tomato salad as side dish, together they are very delicious;) 

High - Protein Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 gr chickpea / nohut
  • 3 tbsp chia / 3 yemek kaşığı chia
  • 1 onion / soğan
  • 1 coriander / kişniş
  • 1 coffee spoon cumin / 1 tatlı kaşığı kimyon
  • 1 coffee spoon powdered red chilli pepper / 1 tatlı kaşığı toz acı kırmızı biber

Soak chia into the water for almost 1 hour / Chia'yı 1 saat soğuk soda bekletin.

Pulp your boiled chickpeas and add all ingredients into one cup. / Haşlanmış nohutlarınızı püre haline getirin ve tüm malzemeleri bir kapta karıştırın.

At last put chia into the mix and separete some chia for toppings / Bu karışıma en son chia'ları ekleyin ve bir kısmını süsleme için ayırın.

Start to make balls from mix smesh and add chia for toppings. / Püre halindeki bu karışımdan toplar yapın ve toplari süslemek için dışını kuru chiaların olduğu tabakta cevirin.

Cook your balls over a medium heat. / Daha sonra bu topları orta ateşte ve tavada çevirin.

And it's ready to serve. / Ve yemeğiniz servise hazır.
