Fit Banana Pancake

Yeah eventually I’ve found my pancake that I can eat without regret. It’s also easy to prepare. Of course this does not mean that I will eat every day for breakfast. The golden rule for healthy life is to stay in balance. When you always remember this rule, you can eat whatever you want. But you can eat this pancake more than regular pancake;) One piece is only 27 calorie, the whole amount is 408 calorie. Here’s the recipe..

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Bananas / 2 Orta Muz
  • 2 Eggs / Yumurta
  • 2 dessert spoon Harnup Flour / 2 tatlı kaşığı Keçi Boynuzu Unu
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder / 1 çay kaşığı Kabartma Tozu
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda / 1/2 çay kaşığı Karbonat
  • 12 gr Harnup Syrup / 12 gr Keçi Boynuzu Pekmezi
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon / 1/2 çay kaşığı Tarçın
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla / 1/8 çay kaşığı Vanilya

Smash bananas in a cup. Add all ingredients eggs into smash bananas. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Heat your pan 10 minutes before. If you can use pancake, you don't need any oil. Serve the ready pancakes with fruits or may be chocolate 😉

Muzları bir kapta ezin. İçerisine diğer kalan tüm malzemeleri ekleyip blenderdan geçirin. Tavanızı 10 dakika öncesinden ısıtın. Pancake tavası kullanabilirseniz yağ kullanmanıza da gerek kalmaz. Hazır pancake'lerinizi yanında meyveler ya da çikolata;) ile servis edebilirsiniz.
