New recipe has come. Discovering new tastes, learning their nutritions and benefits to my body and cooking in my own kitchen is my new hobby. Yes I have not cooking so long. Now is the time to make good foods and I wanna discover more healthy ones. And this is the last recipe named ‘A Cup of Green Joy’. I hope you also like its taste, please share your opinions.
A Cup of Green JoyPrint Recipe
- 400 gr Cabbage / Kabak
- 2 pieces Scallion / Yeşil soğan
- 1 Egg / Yumurta
- 1 tsp rock salt / 1 çay kaşığı kaya tuzu
- 100 gr curd cheese / Lor peyniri
- 1 dessert spoon / 1 tatlı kaşığı coconut oil
Plane cabbages into a cup
Add coconut oil, egg, salt and curd cheese into the cup.
At last cut scallions into pieces and mix all ingredients.
You can prefer 4 small cups or 1 baking tray to cook.
Heat your oven at 250 C for 15 minutes, then cook your mix for 15-20 minutes.
Then it's ready to eat. Bon appetite.
